Confessions of a Teenage Nail Polish Addict
So, I have around 200 nail polishes. And here's where I post what I do with them, and reviews and stuff further down the track.

HELP
I've done a really dramatic thing.
.
.
.
.
.
.
I'VE SOLD MOST OF MY NAIL POLISH!
I don't know what came over me, apart from the whole 'I don't actually use them, and I could get money for it and yeah'.
I feel like a piece of me is missing, but now that I work like 4 or 5 days a week, I don't get a chance to actually do my nails. I hate working in fast food, but it's money.
So, that's my big news.
(I feel so bad because I don't post posts any more #sicklife)

Keeping Your Nails Healthy!
I'm guessing most of you are like me, and use and abuse your nails with polish all the time.
So, because I'm such a nice person, I thought I'd tell you guys what I do to keep my nails healthy.
1. Drink lots of water.
Not only does this benefit your nails, but it also benefits your hair, skin, metabolism, eyes, teeth, you name it!
2. Moisturise your hands.
I just generally use Vitamin E cream, which is really cheap and also leaves your hands soft and nice. Just use a small amount and rub into your palms, in between your fingers and of course the nail beds.
3. Have a glass a milk a day.
It's full of zinc, and strengthens your nails immensely.
4. Do not use acetone based nail polish removers.
I have done this before, and it weakens the nails and very breakable. Instead, opt for a acetate based polish remover instead!
I'm always open to suggestions, so if you guys have anything that you do to keep your nails nice and strong and long, let me know!

I'm back!
Hello, my dear readers.
I'm sorry that I've been absent for the past few months.
I've changed schools, and just haven't had the time to do it, as I'm now re-employed, and do after school sport and debate, leaving barely anytime for me to update my Tumblr queue or tweet about my day.
But I've decided I'm going to try to get this and my other blog (http://iamnotahipsterok.blogspot.com.au/) up and running again!
I doubt I will be as active as I used to be, but I would hope that my content is of good quality that you will all enjoy!
I'll be back soon.

NEON RAINBOW CRACKLE
▼▼▼
Look how clever I am!
I've done a neon rainbow crackle design, and I'm in love.
What I did!
I started with a white coat by W7 on the bottom, so colour stands out a lot more.
I started with a white coat by W7 on the bottom, so colour stands out a lot more.
Then I did the striping with a pink by Miki, and orange by Miki, Honolulu by Ultra3, Green With Envy by Factorie and a blue by Miki. I did two coats of each colour. On my pinky nails, I had difficulty fitting all five colours on the nail, so I only went to the green.
After the colours were dry, I did a thin clear top coat before using Earthquake by Model's Prefer. I then used another clear top coat and tada, I did it!

dots
This is the first design I've done using my new dotting tools!
Base colour is Rock by Revlon and dots are Your Majesty by Rimmel London.
It's pretty self explanatory, just two coats of the purple and then using the dotting tool, make some dots.
Tada.

Chanel Haute Couture Fall 2012
The design I did today is inspired by this ^ look from Chanel Haute Couture Fall 2012.
Also had some inspiration from a Miss Ashley Benson.

▼▼▼▼
Anyway, here's my finished look.
And this is how I did it.
After applying a base coat, I applied 2 coats of Sally Hansen's XTreme Nail Wear in Celeb City.
Then when dry, I used Tinseltown by Models Prefer as the pink centre. I just used the width of the brush and also did 2 coats. And then secure it all with a top coat!Voila. ▼
